1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a ticket, attending our events, or using this website (PureSphere.site), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you're reading this after the party, it still counts. Time is a flat circle at Shotgun Carousel.

2. Event Attendance

2.1 Age Restrictions

You must be 18 years or older to attend our events. We check IDs harder than a bouncer who's having a bad day. No exceptions, not even if you promise to be really cool about it.

2.2 Ticket Policy

Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and definitely non-edible. Your ticket grants you access to one (1) wild night of carefully orchestrated chaos. Lost tickets cannot be replaced because we told you to guard it with your life.

2.3 Right of Admission

We reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone who:

• Brings bad vibes
• Can't handle their carousel
• Thinks dubstep is just noise (it's art)
• Violates our code of conduct

3. Code of Conduct

While we encourage controlled chaos, some rules apply:

• Respect Everyone: This includes fellow party-goers, staff, and the ghost that lives in venue 3.
• No Illegal Substances: We're high on life and bass drops only.
• No Violence: Save your energy for dancing.
• No Harassment: Consent is sexier than any DJ drop.
• No Professional Recording: Your phone's potato quality is fine, leave the film crew at home.

4. Health & Safety

4.1 Assumption of Risk

Attending our events may result in: extreme happiness, sore feet, temporary hearing adjustment, new friends, existential revelations, and the inability to enjoy regular parties ever again. You assume all risks associated with having too much fun.

4.2 Medical Conditions

If you have any medical conditions affected by loud music, flashing lights, or pure awesomeness, please consult your doctor before attending. We care about your wellbeing more than your dance moves.

4.3 Personal Property

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or transcended personal items. That includes your mind if it gets blown by our DJ sets.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including our sick logo and the phrase "Shotgun Carousel" (which we definitely made up), belongs to us. You can share our stuff on social media because we love the attention, but don't try to pass it off as your own. We'll know.

6. Privacy & Data

We collect minimal data because we're too busy planning parties to spy on you. Check our Privacy Policy for the thrilling details about how we handle your information (spoiler: responsibly and with respect).

7. Liability Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shotgun Carousel and PureSphere.site shall not be liable for:

• Dance floor injuries (including but not limited to: twisted ankles, bruised egos, or pulled muscles)
• Temporary loss of hearing (wear earplugs, seriously)
• Addiction to our parties
• Monday morning regrets
• The inability to find parties that measure up to ours

8. Force Majeure

We're not responsible for cancellations due to acts of God, alien invasions, zombie apocalypses, or the DJ getting abducted by rival party organizers. We will, however, try our best to reschedule and make it even better.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes should be resolved on the dance floor through interpretive dance battles. Just kidding - please contact us at info@shotguncarousel.co.uk and we'll sort it out like adults who happen to throw sick parties.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, the universal laws of good vibes, and the ancient code of party ethics passed down through generations of ravers.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally, usually when our lawyer friends attend our parties and point out things we missed. We'll notify you of significant changes, probably through interpretive dance or smoke signals.
